A Letter from the President

In the summer of 1993, after spending 15 years as a service representative for various HVAC firms in the Boston Area, I founded Shawsheen Air Services, Inc. The new company was founded on three very basic principles of customer service that had proven effective earlier in my career.

With these simple elements as our foundation, we built a business known for honesty, integrity and service excellence that has lasted over 25 years. We’ve worked hard to maintain our high standards and customer-first approach over the years and our partnership with Service Logic has further strengthened that commitment. Our mission is to transcend the typical client/vendor relationship, to act as valued partners to our clients. That’s the level of service our clients require and exceeding their expectations is at the core of everything we do.
